If there is something in life you really want to let go of, now is the
time....to RELEASE.
Too often our inability to completely release parts of our past shows in
our tendency to constantly rehast past events, never really leaving them
buried. And so we may grumble about how things used to be, the steps we
took to get where we are, and "where we're at" now. We often comb
through our pasts, looking for and analyzing the reasons we feel as we
do. Rather than accepting the fact that whatever happened is over and
deciding to get on with life, we can become haunted with what was.

If we're taking out the garbage, we shouldn't go back and root through
it. Best to throw it out and focus our attention on the present.
'Where do I go from here?' is what's important now.
All else is a waste
of time.

So many of us need to re-adjust our attitudes and thoughts.
As in all experiences in life, there must be a balance to bring
about mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
That is the way of the Universe.

There is a reason for everything, and I don't claim to know the reason for everyone's trials and tribulations, or lot in life. As far as predictions and forecasts go, I am given that information from spirit through channeling (to make a long story short) to pass on to others. But even that forecast can change due to your free will...
(subconscious and conscious decisions.)

There are many reasons for your troubles, and one must look inside to truly discover them. Have you ever realized that when you are very upset, it's never for the reason
you think it is? It is up to you to contemplate and dig down and "up" for the meanings
in your life.

I can help you, but I assure you that I will not "make things happen." I can only give you the information specifically for you as I am given it, and then I do try not to intervene too much. I am just like you, but I use my sensitive abilities to hear and channel from the spirit world. This is my life's work, to help you in this way.

This is your life, your karma, your lessons. The struggles you are having are for a reason. Perhaps it has to do with the way you have viewed different things or aspects in your life...money, materialism, situations, negativity, people, events. Perhaps you keep making the same old choices and decisions, when you should be 'breaking out'.
