My favorite quote:

If your life isn't what you want it to be....
change it!
To do what you've always done will only bring what
you've always gotten. For different results you must
do something different!

Happiness
One way to guarantee unhappiness is to wish for happiness
all the time. The Divine source of loving and joy is infinite.
So, why can't we just hang out there all the time? Well, we can.
One of my teachers called this 'spiritual bypass'. For some
reason we are here walking this planet being presented with
all sorts of experiences that do not exactly water the seeds
of happiness. If we resist them in our quest for happiness,
they don't go away. They are looming, even growing,
waiting for our return from our blissful meditative state.
"Heartfelt thanks for an
excellent reading Jeanne!
It is both encouraging and
challenging, a very happy
combination in my
estimation. A couple of
your insights in particular
confirmed clearly the whispers
of my own inner voice.
I was also delighted with the
presentation of the reading!
Thanks so much for taking
such care and time in
providing this valuable service."

Relationship
Essence

At the core we are pure
essence, conscious and
aware, light flowing.
It is a deeply felt sense
of who we really are. It is
our Divine birthright.
Unfortunately, there are
many times we don't feel
connected with our
essence, especially when
relating to others.
How does this happen?
Often, early in our lives,
we become overwhelmed
by difficult experiences
and feelings that we don't
know how to handle.
In an attempt to cope with
stress and pain, we look
to our beliefs, feelings,
defenses, personas or
"masks" to define
ourselves and our lives,
forgetting that we
are essence. This can
have a profound impact,
obscuring our relationships
and hindering our growth.

In the loss of essence,
symptoms may appear,
ranging anywhere from
anxiety and depression
to chronic back pain and
drug addiction. These
symptoms can be signals
or reminders for us to
reconnect with essence.
If we are willing,
relationship can be
our natural guide and
teacher in this
reconnecting process.
Life a mirror, relationships
reflect back to us our
deeper, inner self.
If we chose to look into
that mirror without
judgment, a journey of
self- discovery, liberation
and transformation awaits.

"How do I feel most of the time?"

Ask yourself this key question.
If your answer is that you feel anxious, anguished, hurt, depressed, frustrated, etc., then you have a spiritual disconnect. This could mean you have allowed your personal energy field to become contaminated by the debilitating forces of those in your immediate life space.
When you are spiritually connected, you are not looking for occasions to be offended and you are not judging and labeling others. You are in a state of grace in which you know you are connected to God and thus free from the effects of anyone or anything external to yourself.
- Wayne Dyer

I'm Intuitive, Aren't You?

So many people lately have been talking with me about
their psychic experiences. They mention them with a
mixture of excitement and trepidation in their voices and eyes. I believe that intuitive experiences are every day occurrences, we all experience miracles. It's the
recognition of these miracles, the normalization of our intuitive experiences that needs to have permission to
grow and develop. Have you ever known before you
picked up the phone who was on the other end?
Have you ever had a dream about someone visiting,
or maybe that you saw someone you hadn't seen
in a while, and over the next day or so you
hear about or run into that person?
And then, there's De`jevu.
But then that's another time.
(Is that a pun?)

I recall an experience some years ago, where I was sitting in a chair, lost in thought, when suddenly I clearly envisioned a 2 year old little girl playing on a 2nd floor balcony. I felt panic! in my chest, and thought,

Questions of the month:

Q: "With all this information
coming through you, do you
personify what comes through?
Are you a good example?"

A: "I wish I were a better
example. I give it my all, but it's
much easier to talk the talk than
walk the walk :) At least I can
say this for myself, I know where
I'm attempting to go, and that's
one heck of a lot better than
where I was many years ago,
when I had no idea of where I
was going...and all the while
wondering why I wasn't
getting there.
At least I know what my path
is, why I am here, where I'm
headed, and that's the first step:
wake up, open your eyes, and see
where you're attempting to go.

Q: In your opinion, what makes
for a genius now-a-days?
Is there such a thing anymore?

A: I think the definition of a
genius is the innate ability to
stand aside and allow universal
intelligence to supply the moment
with the perfect wisdom at
the perfect time.
Now THAT'S genius!"

Oh, yes! Another genius is
my son, Frank, with computers. :)

Relationships
are sacred.
By approaching them
consciusly and through
essence, a wonderful,
sacred space is created
for us to evolve toward
our full potential. To do
this, however, we need
to look within at what
interferes with our link
to essence, at what we
sometimes refer to
as our shadow side.

of Relationship

"She's going to fall!" Then in my vision I did see her fall.
I remember telling one or two family members about
this vision, but they didn't take it seriously. I decided
to forget about it, and write it off as imagination, but the following morning I turned on the radio and there it was.
A 2 yr old child had fallen from a second floor balcony
at a motel in Los Angeles that very morning, and LIVED.

Although there are still some times I don't follow
through on my visions and premonitions (due to
old life habits and conditioning), I do try to.
Have you ever wanted to just KICK yourself? hahaha

Such as that experience I had, these are the most
common examples of intuitive experiences, and the
more we tell each other about them, the more
we realize how common they are.

Here's a little exercise you can easily do:
The next time you drive somewhere and have to park,
create a parking space for yourself. When you are
within 2 or 3 blocks from your destination, take a couple
of slow, easy breaths and try to clear your mind of distractions. Picture the space you want to have and repeat to yourself (out loud at first until you gain confidence), "there is a space opening for me right now
in front of ...."
Eventually you will be able to do it
anywhere, even where you have never been before.
Your intuition will take you where you need to go and
will get you a space just by knowing that it will.

These practical ways of using intuition make for
practical miracles. We only need to recognize them
to make the shift from unbelievable to normal.

We are all born with an innate connection to spiritual
guidance and because we are all formed of the same
spiritual energy, we are also born with an innate
connection to each other. As we grow, we are
indoctrinated into our families, churches, schools,
etc., learning to believe the doctrines passed on

If It's Mastery We Are After,
What Is There To Master?

We know that throughout history
there have been certain persons
known to have reached the
higher, supreme levels of
consciousness ...cosmic
consciousness as it is sometimes
called, or Self-mastery, or Self-realization.
The rest of us here on earth
revere these people and pray
to them, see them as God, even.
Why do we do this?
What is it about them that they
have the rest of the world society
holding them in this light?
Surely, they lived in wisdom.

In every tradition they taught,
'As you think, so you become.'
The Buddha said, 'All that we are
is a result of what we have
thought.' The Bible reads,
'As a man thinketh, so it shall be.'
The Upanishads teach, "One's
own thoughts is one's world...what a
person thinks is what he becomes."
We call them masters.
What did they master?
The great meditation guru,
Swami Muktananda, tells us:
the scriptural and philosophical
texts of India never speak about
attaining God... they speak only
of purifying the mind.
Muktananda taught,
"The world exists in you, AS you."

Consciousness, the pure state
of Awareness, the infinity from
which all manifests into reality,
contracts itself to become your
own mind. The mind becomes
whatever fills it. If our own mind
is the very essense of our life...
what there is to master, then,
is our very own mind.

More on this New World view
next month...

"People who get on in
this world are people
who get up and look
for the cicumstances
they want, and, if
they can't find them,
they make them."

- George Bernard Shaw

to us by adults, already long ago indoctrinated
themselves, and we forget how to
experience miracles daily.
The first thing we need to do
to connect is to slow down.

In our fast-paced society, finding time for meditation,
contemplation, going inside, is seldom a priority.
Without reconnecting with our deepest self, we will
not find the spiritual core we've so busily buried all
our lives. Sometimes when we do take time to find
our inner spritual / intuitive connections, we become
afraid of the results. What makes this work become
frightening, is the loss of our familiar framework of
beliefs. We cannot believe in intuition and energetic
connections to others while we continue to believe
that other people can control us, or are better than
us, or have all the right answers ... or a myriad
of other fallacies we've come to see as truth.
If we are truly open to the concept that we are from
the same energetic/spiritual source, then we are
all the same. Color, religion, sex, age, income,
on and on, mean nothing. They are the packaging
we chose to incarnate with for our own
personal lessons. We are taught to use
them to separate and categorize.

Electricity doesn't say the current that runs the
washer is superior or inferior to the current that runs
the tv. The source of those currents is the same,
and when it flows, things are working and bright.
Spiritual energy is the same as electricity...
and when we stop blocking the flow with
negative thought patterns we shine brightly.
We no longer feel separate, isolated.
We no longer need to dominate or submit.
And we no longer need to fear for our survival.

The only way to test all this information is to begin
doing internal work. Start by doing some breathing
and grounding. As you breathe, let distracting flow
by, try not to latch on to them. Many people ask
their spiritual guides to come and assist them
when they are doing this type of work.
I always do.

Initially, the important thing is to relax your breathing
and trust whatever information comes to you. When
you feel ready, ask your intuition about your belief
system - - where did it come from, how did you learn
it, who supports you in your beliefs, who would
support you if your beliefs change, how do you
support yourself, how do you connect
with other people?
These are some questions which will take you back
to your beginning. More questions, or these same
questions in more depth will arise as you
continue your self-exploration.

When you are doing work, which inspires internal
change, its easy to become confused or blocked
once the meditation ends. It is very important to
journal immediately after meditatively gathering
information to preserve it for your conscious mind.
It is also helpful as a measure of change when
you re-read journal entries made over time.
To further support your internal work seek out
books, classes and individuals involved in
similar journeys of spiritual and self-exploration.

Miracles are not just bright lights and visions.
Miracles are the synchronicity of love and trust.
The perfect job will come, the perfect mate, the
perfect pet, etc., for you. Because when you clear
away energy blocks, all that remains is a steady
flow of spirit through you, to others, and everything
that happens is truly for your highest good...
that's right....a miracle.

Your Personal Psychic Reader

I can help you.
I hope you will invite me.

Speaking of Tarot.......

A Tarot reading is like a snapshot
of what your life looks like at the
time of the reading. The cards and
I tune into
your energy -
the person asking the question to
give you a picture of unseen
influences, patterns of behavior,
obstacles, and strengths.

A reading can give you an idea of
where you are now, where you've
come from, where you want to be,
and how to get there.

While the Tarot gives suggested
actions to take and a likely
outcome if you take them, it does
not predict the future. The future
is not a static or unchangeable
thing. You make choices and
decisions along the way.... each
moment of your life, whether or
not you are conscious of them.
The gift of free will stands strong,
and allows each person the ability
to create the future he or she wants.

But, with the insight gained
through a Tarot reading, you
will be better equipped to make
decisions and take action
that is in line with your
best interests, growth
and development
.
